Template Variables work like merge codes in a document. There are two variable categories: Event Fields and Your Fields.
Event Fields are the details included in the event request, such as the inquiry's name, event type, event date, and attendee count. Your Fields are your business details, such as your name, email, business name, business phone, and business website. You can use Template Variables in message templates and term templates.
To use Template Variables:
Log in to your Eventective account, select 'Settings' and then 'Response Templates.'
Select the template tab you would like to modify (Standard, Agreement Terms, or the Availability Auto-Response). Select 'Create a New Template' or select an existing one to customize it.
Enter the text for the template. Insert Template Variables from the dropdown list to personalize the message and add any supplemental materials (menus, pricing details, rental information) in the attachments section.
When you're finished, click the 'Save' button. Saved Templates are immediately available in your Inbox when responding to prospects or adding terms to your agreements.
