To set up custom message templates:
Log in to your Eventective account, select 'Settings' and then 'Response Templates.'
Select 'Create a New Template' or select an existing one to customize it. You can also click the trash icon to remove any templates you no longer use.
Enter the text for the template. Use Template Variables to personalize the message and add any supplemental materials (menus, pricing details, rental information) in the attachments section.
When you've finished composing your message, click the 'Save' button. Saved Templates are immediately available in your Inbox when responding to potential customers - choose the appropriate Template from the paper icon in your message.
