To set up custom message templates:
Login to your Eventective account, select 'Settings' and then 'Response Templates.'
Select 'Create a New Template' or simply click into an existing one to customize it. You can also click the trash icon to remove any templates you no longer use.
Enter the text for the template. Use Template Variables to personalize the message and attach any supplemental materials (menus, pricing details, rental information, etc.)
When you've finished composing your message, click the 'Save' button. Saved Templates are immediately available in your Inbox when responding to potential customers - just choose the appropriate Template from the paper icon in your message.
