Our Templates integrate with the Availability Calendar to make the booking process even easier.
Here’s how:
- Login to your Eventective account.
- Select ‘Settings,’ then ‘Response Templates.’
- Select the ‘Auto-Response’ tab and edit the ‘Not Available auto-response’ template.
- You can use Template Variables to personalize your response by including the prospect’s name, event date, and attendee count, for example.
Once you click 'Save,’ the auto-response message template will send out automatically to any prospect who requests a date you’ve marked as 'Not Available.’
