Events from your Inbox that are in stages Qualified, Tentative, Booked or Complete automatically appear on your calendar. New Events can be added to your Calendar by selecting the day and clicking 'New Event.'
Other scheduled items such as site visits, recurring events and personal appointments can be added to the Calendar as Appointments. Select the day and click 'New Appointment.'
If you’re fully booked, on vacation, or closed, mark those days as ‘Not Available’ so prospects can see your availability. To mark a day as unavailable, navigate to the day and select 'Mark As Not Available.'
The events and appointments on your calendar are only visible to you – not potential clients.
