Yes! If your Eventective account isn't connected to our payment partners, you can still send an offline (manual) payment request to your client in the 'Payments' tab. This action emails your client with a payment amount, due date, and any optional instructions (limited to 200 characters).

You can also send email receipts for offline (manual) payments in the 'Payments' tab when editing the payment and marking the payment as paid. Make sure you check off the payment receipt option!
You can also include an internal note (only visible to you), as well as a short message (limited to 200 characters).
