Stages help you organize prospects by their place in the sales funnel. The system will move prospects automatically, but you can also move prospects manually.
Stages are categorized by the following:
- Prospect: An event inquiry you have reached out to or plan to reach out to.
- Qualified: A prospect you have communicated with and plan to send an agreement (contract or proposal) to.
- Tentative: An agreement has been sent.
- Booked: An agreement has been signed.
- Complete: The event has taken place, and all necessary payments have been received.
- Lost: The event will not take place with your services.
- Deleted: The event will be removed from all other stages and reports.
