To set up payment reminders or request payments manually, navigate to your Inbox, select an event request, and click on your ‘Payments’ tab.
To schedule payment reminders:
You can schedule email reminders up to two weeks before the payment is due. To set up reminders, select the payment edit icon, select your reminder preferences, then click ‘Update.’ Reminders link your clients directly to the payment platform of your choice.
To request payments manually:
You can also request payments manually. Click ‘Request Payment.’ You will be asked to confirm your payment request. Once you click ‘Send,’ your client will receive a notification with a link to make payment.
Once your client has successfully submitted a payment, you will be notified, and the payment will be marked as ‘Paid.’
Note: You must have an active Stripe or Square account connected to Eventective to make payments.
