Where can I edit the event schedule, including setup and breakdown times, in my agreement?

To launch the Agreement Builder, go to your Inbox, then click on the 'Booking Tools' tab if your event is in the Prospect stage, or click on the 'Details' tab if your event is in the Qualified stage.

The Schedule section enables you to outline the event's schedule and define functions, if applicable. Functions are separate parts of an event. Set start and end times, identify the function space, and define the setup and breakdown times.

Function examples:

• Wedding (event) with a Wedding Ceremony (function) and a Wedding Reception (function)
• Holiday Party (event) with a Cocktail Hour (function) and a Dinner Party (function)
• Family Reunion (event and function)
