Our Agreements tool allows you to easily create and manage your proposals or contracts. Finalize all the details and send them off to your prospects for e-signature – it's easy!
To create an agreement:
- Login to your Eventective account and click on your Inbox.
- Select the event request you would like to generate an agreement for.
- Click on the ‘Details’ tab. You will be prompted to promote the event to a ‘Qualified’ stage – click ‘Continue’ to confirm the change.
- Edit any necessary details – event details, event schedule, function details, billable items, payment schedule, and terms.
- Once you’re ready to send the agreement to your prospect, click ‘Send Agreement.’ Choose whether or not you would like to require an e-signature. Your prospect will be notified they have an agreement to review.
- Once the prospect has viewed and signed the agreement, you will be notified, and the event will be marked as ‘Booked.’
