- Login to your Eventective account.
- Click 'Inbox.'
- Select a request from your Inbox and compose your reply in the response text box. Add any attachments you think will be of interest to the client.
- Click the arrow icon to respond.
It's that easy! Your message will be sent to the client in an email from Eventective and will be logged in your Inbox. You will receive a notification from Eventective when they respond, and you can view the exchange in your Inbox.
Additionally, we have some great tools to make consistent communication even easier, such as message Templates which include Template Variables to automatically customize each response.
