To set up custom message templates:
- Login to your Eventective account.
- Select 'Settings' and then 'Response Templates.'
- Select 'Create a New Template' or simply click into an existing one to customize it. You can also click the trash icon to remove any templates you no longer use.
- Enter the text for the template. Use Template Variables to personalize the message and attach any supplemental materials (menus, pricing details, rental information, etc.)
- When you've finished composing your message, click the 'Save' button.
- Saved Templates are immediately available in your Inbox when responding to potential customers - just choose the appropriate Template from the paper icon in your message.
