Vendor Advertisers with Subscriptions may request refunds for Leads that:
- Contain an invalid email address or phone number.
- Have not responded and show no planner activity (including but not limited to 'Read Your Message', 'Viewed Website and/or Contact Information') by the 12th day after the lead purchase date.
- Note: The refund policy does not cover Leads where the prospective client indicates they are ‘Not Interested’ in your services.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the Lead purchase date. Refunds are not available after 30 days. Refund requests are processed on weekdays. Once approved, the Lead purchase amount will be credited to your Eventective account and may be applied to future Lead purchases.
To request a refund:
- Login to your Eventective account.
- Click on your Inbox.
- Optionally filter your Inbox to view only Leads.
- Select the Lead you wish to refund.
- Navigate to the Event Detail and scroll down to click the 'Request a Refund' link.
- Enter a reason for the refund and submit for approval.
*Premium and Platinum Subscribers receive free unlimited Leads, so refunds aren't available.
