I have money in my pre-paid account, why is my Lead Credit balance zero?

Pre-paid Lead Credit accounts with no activity for 180 consecutive days will automatically expire to protect the funds. If there are no Lead purchases, no account balance updates, and no refund requests in 180 consecutive days on an account with a credit balance, the account balance is set to zero and the account is expired.
