Response templates allow you to respond to prospects quickly and easily.
There are two response template options in Eventective: Standard and Auto Response.
- Standard templates can be used in any message from your Eventective Inbox.
- The Auto Response template sends automatically whenever an inquiry requests a date you've marked as 'Not Available' on your calendar. You can customize this template in your Settings.
To set up custom message templates:
Log in to your Eventective account, select 'Settings' and then 'Response Templates.'
Select 'Create a New Template' or select an existing one to customize it. You can also click the trash icon to remove any templates you no longer use.
Enter the text for the template. Use Template Variables to personalize the message and add any supplemental materials (menus, pricing details, rental information) in the attachments section.
When you've finished composing your message, click the 'Save' button. Saved Templates are immediately available in your Inbox when responding to potential customers. Choose the appropriate Template from the paper icon in your message.
