- Photos
- Pricing
- Basic Info
- Availability Calendar
Start by logging into your Eventective account and selecting 'Update Profile.'
Photos:
Add photos to your profile to give prospects a better idea of your space. We recommend uploading 10-15 high-quality ones.
To add photos to your profile:
Select ‘Photos & Videos.’
Add photos by dragging them into the box or browsing for files on your device.
Use the following icons to edit your photos:
- Star: Feature a photo on your profile.
- Double arrow: Preview a photo.
- Trash: Delete a photo.
- Circular arrow: Rotate a photo.
- Drag and drop any photos to re-arrange their display.
Pricing:
Pricing helps prospects decide if your venue is a good fit for their event, which results in more qualified inquiries for you. You set the price - per person, per hour or per event - and include any additional details. You can even post a general range.
To set your pricing:
Go back to ‘Update Profile, then 'Pricing.'
Click ‘+ Add Pricing’ and fill out your details.
Basic Info:
Update your Basic Info section with a detailed description, venue type, contact information, website/social media links, details, and special features.
To edit the descriptive text on your profile:
Go back to ‘Update Profile,’ then select ‘Basic Info.’
Edit your business description here, and include any additional details such as amenities, links, special features, and more.
Calendar:
Your Eventective account includes an Availability Calendar to help you organize your bookings from one convenient location— just select ‘Calendar' from your Eventective account.
Our Availability Calendar tool helps you focus on the business you want and filter out events you cannot accommodate, based on the date requested. By displaying your calendar on your profile, you'll further qualify event requests and save even more time.
Here are a few key features:
- Events from your Inbox that are in stages Qualified, Tentative, Booked, or Complete automatically appear on your calendar. New Events can be added to your Calendar by selecting the day and clicking 'New Event.'
- Other scheduled items such as site visits, recurring events and personal appointments can be added to the Calendar as Appointments. Select the day and click 'New Appointment.'
- If you’re fully booked, on vacation, or closed, mark those days as ‘Not Available’ so prospects can see your availability. To mark a day as unavailable, navigate to the day and select 'Mark As Not Available.'
- The events and appointments on your calendar are only visible to you—not to prospects.
