Booking Tools Tab in Your Inbox

When you select a Prospect from your Eventective Inbox, you will now see three tabs under the event name: Messages, Booking Tools, and Tasks:

To access the Event Details, Agreement Builder, and Payment section, select the Booking Tools tab. A pop-up will appear, and you will be asked to move the event to the Qualified stage.

You can now access your Agreement and Payment tools as you normally would.

*Note: This change only applies to events in the Prospect stage. Events in the Qualified, Tentative, or Booked stages will show the Messages, Details, Agreement, Payments, and Tasks tabs.
