Our Agreements tool allows you to easily create and manage your proposals or contracts. Finalize all the details and send them off to your prospects for e-signature – it's easy!
To create an agreement:
Login to your Eventective account and click on your Inbox. Select the event request you would like to generate an agreement for. Click on the ‘Details’ tab. You will be prompted to promote the event to a ‘Qualified’ stage – click ‘Continue’ to confirm the change.
Edit any necessary details – event details, event schedule, function details, billable items, payment schedule, and terms.
Once you’re ready to send the agreement to your prospect, click ‘Send Agreement.’ Choose whether or not you would like to require an e-signature. Your prospect will be notified they have an agreement to review.
Once the prospect has viewed and signed the agreement, you will be notified, and the event will be marked as ‘Booked.’
