Venue Advertisers with Enhanced Subscriptions may request refunds.
All refund requests must be submitted within 10-30 days of the Lead purchase date. Refunds are not available after 30 days. Once approved, the Lead purchase amount will be credited to your Eventective account and may be applied to future Lead purchases.
To request a refund:
Log in to your Eventective account. Select your Inbox.
Optionally filter your Inbox to view only Leads.
Select the Lead you would like to refund.
Navigate to the Event Detail and scroll down to click the 'Request a Refund' link.
Confirm your refund and submit.
*Premium and Platinum Subscribers receive free unlimited Leads, so refunds aren't available.
