You can now upload and share important files from the new Docs / Uploads tab in your Eventective Inbox.
Add everything your clients need in one place, like pricing sheets, menus, floor plans, banquet event orders (BEOs), and more. You decide what to share: mark any file as visible to the planner, and it’ll appear directly in their Planner Inbox.
Keep your event details organized, clear, and easy for everyone to access.
Here's how to use this feature:
Navigate to your Eventective Inbox and select any event in the Qualified, Tentative, or Booked stage. Select the Docs / Uploads tab.
Upload your file(s). Fill in the document title, upload type, and description (if applicable). Choose to make the document visible to the planner. Save your changes.
After you upload your documents, you can choose whether to notify the planner. We recommend sending the notification so your clients don’t miss any important details. Planners will only be able to see documents that you mark as 'Visible to Planner.'
If you want to notify the planner, select the 'Notify Planner' button and include a short message. The planner will be notified via email.
