There are two types of inquiries generated from Eventective: Referrals and Leads.
Referrals are direct event requests from people interested in your business.
- You can treat these requests as "hot inquiries."
- Respond ASAP via your Eventective Inbox. If you don't hear back right away, we recommend following up 2-3 more times.
- To set up text notification every time you receive a Referral, log in to your Eventective account, select ‘Settings,’ then click ‘Notifications.’
Leads are people planning events in your area and interested in hearing from businesses like yours.
- Since this is likely the first time a Lead has heard of your business, we recommend sending them a personalized note through Eventective.
- Access Leads in our competitive Lead Market with an Eventective Subscription.
To view your Referrals and Leads in Eventective:
Log in to your Eventective account and select 'Inbox.'
Select any inquiry to pull up more details. You can search your Inbox by event date, name, stage, or email. You can then respond to any inquiry right from your Inbox. Simply compose your reply in the response text box, add any attachments, and select the arrow icon to respond.
It's that easy! Your message will be sent to your prospect and logged in your Inbox. You will receive a notification from Eventective when your prospect responds, and you can view the exchange in your Inbox.
