Step 1: Update Your Profile

Update your Eventective profile to accurately represent your business and get noticed throughout your local area. Start by logging into your Eventective account and selecting 'Update Profile.'

Photos:

Add photos to your profile to give prospects a better idea of your services and offerings.

To add photos to your profile:

Select 'Update Profile,' then select ‘Photos & Videos.’

Add as many photos as you’d like by dragging them into the box or browsing for files on your device.

Use the following icons to edit your photos: 

• Star: Feature a photo on your profile.
• Double arrow: Preview a photo.
• Trash: Delete a photo.
• Circular arrow: Rotate a photo.
• Drag and drop any photos to re-arrange their display.

To add videos to your profile:

• Select the ‘Add Video’ button in your Photo Settings.
• Copy/paste a YouTube or Vimeo video link and click ‘Add video to profile.’

Basic Info: 

Update your Basic Info section with a detailed description, vendor type, contact information, website/social media links, details, and special features.

To edit the descriptive text on your profile:

Select ‘Update Profile,’ then select ‘Basic Info.’

Edit your business description here, and include any additional details such as website/social media links, special offerings, and more. Click ‘Save’ when you’re finished.

Pricing:

Pricing helps prospects decide if your venue is a good fit for their event, which results in more qualified inquiries for you. You set the price - per person, per hour or per event - and include any additional details. You can even post a general range.

To set or update your pricing:

Select 'Update Profile,' then 'Pricing.'

Select ‘+ Add Pricing’ and fill out your details. Then, save your changes.

You can edit or remove your pricing anytime.
