How do I cancel my event request?

You can cancel an event in your 'Edit Event' tab:

1. Sign in to your Eventective account.
2. Choose the 'Edit Event' option.
3. Select 'Cancel Event' at the bottom of the window.
4. Confirm that you wish to cancel your event.

Please be aware that event professionals who have already received your event information from Eventective may continue to contact you outside our system. We recommend responding politely to each business regarding your decision not to pursue their services.
