How do customers write recommendations and how can I view or respond to them?

We will notify you via email when someone has left you a recommendation. To view or respond to recommendations on your profile:

Login to your Eventective account, select ‘Update Profile,’ then click ‘Recommendations.’

Here, you’ll see all your recommendations. Click the plus icon to respond to any recommendation directly. You can also send the custom link (displayed) to request recommendations from past clients.
